Poke bowl with sautéed Sea Bream and wild rice
Ingredients
- 4 Sea Bream fillets (large cubes)
- 250 gr wild rice
- 200 gr edamame or green beans or mangetout (snow peas)
- 4 ripe peaches or nectarines
- 4 spring onions cut into thin slices
- 4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- Juice of 2 limes and zest
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce (or soy sauce)
Preparation
- Remove the skin from the Sea Bream fillets and cut into large cubes.
- Steam the rice and divide between 4 bowls.
- Boil the snow peas or the edamame for 2-3 minutes, strain them and divide them among the bowls.
- Cut the peaches into 1 cm cubes and divide between the bowls.
- Heat the sesame oil and sauté the Sea Bream pieces.
- Divide them among the bowls.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Whisk the lime juice, zest, and teriyaki sauce together.
- Serve the poke bowl with the dressing.
