Baked Sea Bream ‘plaki’
Ingredients

Two Sea Bream, gutted and cleaned

3 medium potatoes, sliced

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 onion, sliced

Salt
-
Pepper
-
Star anise
-
2 lemons, sliced

1 fennel, sliced

100ml white wine
-
½ cup olive oil
-
7 sprigs thyme, chopped

7 sprigs rosemary, chopped

Garlic (at will)
Preparation
-
Season the fish
-
Stuff the fish with garlic and onions, then add some coriander, rosemary and thyme
-
Fill the tray with the remaining ingredients and pour olive oil over the fish.

Oven bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
