Poke bowl with sautéed Sea Bream and wild rice
Ingredients

4 Sea Bream fillets (large cubes)

250 gr wild rice

200 gr edamame or green beans or mangetout (snow peas)

4 ripe peaches or nectarines

4 spring onions cut into thin slices

4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

6 tbsp sesame oil

Juice of 2 limes and zest

3 tbsp teriyaki sauce (or soy sauce)
Preparation

Remove the skin from the Sea Bream fillets and cut into large cubes.

Steam the rice and divide between 4 bowls.

Boil the snow peas or the edamame for 2-3 minutes, strain them and divide them among the bowls.

Cut the peaches into 1 cm cubes and divide between the bowls.

Heat the sesame oil and sauté the Sea Bream pieces.

Divide them among the bowls.

Sprinkle with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Whisk the lime juice, zest, and teriyaki sauce together.

Serve the poke bowl with the dressing.
